Danica Eyler
Special guest
Danica Eyler is running in next May’s Republican Primary for Judge of Hamilton Superior Court 8, a newly created court designed to expand access to the judiciary in one of Indiana’s fastest-growing counties. The additional court, established during the most recent session of the Indiana General Assembly, aims to increase judicial capacity and improve access to the court system. Danica Eyler is a current private practice attorney with years of experience representing clients right here in Hamilton County.
“For over two decades, I have practiced in nearly every area of law, and for the past seven years I’ve focused my practice here in Hamilton County,” said Eyler. “I regularly appear in local courts, both as private counsel and public defender, and understand this community’s legal needs.”
Danica Eyler has spent most of her life in Central Indiana. A graduate of Lawrence Central High School, she earned degrees from IU’s Kelley School of Business and McKinney School of Law. Danica and her husband live in Westfield, Indiana. In addition to her private law practice, Danica has served as a public defender in Hamilton County, Judge appointed counsel for contested adoptions and guardianships, and a Judge Pro Tempore (temporary Judge) at the request of current judicial officers.
Danica Eyler will appear on the ballot in the Republican Primary Election on May 5, 2026.
