Celebrating progress

When we measure progress we sometimes focus on the big achievements, and struggle to see all that we have accomplished. Although this year has been a chalenging one, as it comes to a close, let's take time to reflect and put on our good-finding glasses as we celebrate the wins (big or small) from 2020.
