Unforgiveness robs us of peace and contentment and it festers by allowing bitterness and resentment to settle in.
When we start on the path of forgiveness by being honest about our feelings and thoughts, we start the process of releasing all the emotions which hurt us. Although difficult to move on from hurt, we need to be willing to process it, and heal. Our guest, Bre, reminds us that there is no set timeline for forgiveness and that we benefit most when we confront the unforgiveness within us and pursue healing.
