We all have moments when things go wrong and then something else goes wrong and then something else and suddenly your day starts to spiral out. It is in these moments when we need to pause and assess our emotions. Our guest suggests we take a 3 step process to 1) Recognise the thought, 1) Acknowledge the feeling and then, 3) Move into action as we reset. We can then create a shift from the negative and course correct.
By being intentional and aware of our thoughts and emotions we can choose to spiral up instead of spiraling out.
